Hey guys,
Long time no post. So i started my car after about 2 days of it sitting in my drive way and found it be idling extremely rough (thought stuff would rattle off). I tried giving the gas pedal easy pressure and it responded by going up to about 2000 rpms and then would become non-responsive and the Tach would return to idle (very rough again). If i give it full throttle it will rev up past this point and it will maintain until I take my foot off for a second and again the gas pedal becomes non-responsive. the exhaust smells a little funny which makes me think maybe it is running too rich or too lean.....I had the ECU replaced about a year ago when having similar electrical seeming issues. It ran like a champ for a year and now this....I cannot VAG it because i just had it flat bedded to my mechanic.
Any suggestions? i could really use your help guys.
Thanks,
Chris
