S4 bumper carnage . . is there any hope doc??
Well I was on my way home from school, just picked up a few things from the mall since it was on the way. Heading home, crusing on a 4 lane highway, I'm on the second lane from the right, When all of the sudden I see this plastic bucket *kind of like a paint bucket* I look both ways to see if I could avoid it but I couldn't or else I would have hit another car. The bucket was coming fast no way to avoid it so I had to hit it trying to get it as far to the side I could. I guess it wasn't far enough. Here is the resulting damage. Lost one of my grills and crack the bumper to hell. I was soo pissed when I got home I wanted to find the truck that dropped that damn bucket on the highway and give him a serious beating. My poor car I feel sorry for it now. Has a busted up grill. =\ I dont know if she can show her face in public anymore.

I got mine from a fellow AW'er, I think momentum is the only place you can get them now.
They have a very limited supply now that Audi is using them as a OEM option. As far as install, it was very easy. The fit is perfect, it is a very well made product.

Tell your insurance co. that the bucket fell off the truck in front of you!
Otherwise, they will hold you at fault for hitting a stationary object (even if it was in the middle of the road).

Im not going to worry about the insurance. The deductable is more then the cost of the bumper.
I already have this one that I was working on. I'm going to be dropping it off to get painted today. <img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/18621/pict0019.jpg">
