I have the lltek 2 piece euro HID kit but one headlight cracked and has condensation on inside and both clear corners have melted on the inside. It was a plug and play unit with the ballast and bulb wired into the housing could i save the ballast and bulbs and use it for Euro S4 Veleos? or do i have to buy a whole new HID kit

The question is what kind of bulb did they give you with the kit? D2S or an H7 type of bulb? If it's the former, then you should be able to use a Euro S4 valeo housing. If it's an H7, you might be better off using the Halogen Euro housing. In either case, you may also have an issue mounting the ballast to the housing. Worse case, relocate the ballast elsewhere, and patch the hole in the bottom of the euro housing with a piece of ABS plastic and some epoxy.

Retrofitting to Euro housings shouldn't be a problem, it just might require some creativity.....depening on the shape/size of your HID kit. I'll have a write-up done over the weekend covering the install of Hella HID ballasts into standard S4 housings. Good luck.
