Scratch Problem on Interior Door Panels

(Is it just me...)I've noticed that the interior door panels ofthe A4 get scratched very easily (just like anyother cars, I guess).Whenever the passengers step into the A4, chancesare their left/right foot almost ALWAYS eitherkicks or touches the vinyl part of the lowerdoor panel.This has become quite annoying because it'salmost impossible to repair the scratches and totally destroys the immaculate look ofthe door.I've tried to tell the passengers to look outfor not kicking the door when entering orexiting the car, but many think that I'm justobsessed about the A4.What's wrong with protecting what you own?/Seb 99.5-1.8QSTip

IronMike's Recipe Might Worth a Try - but I don't think I can find the "Angelus Brand" shoe shine in Seattle. ;-) Maybe I should come up with a "guard" to protect the "sweet spot".
