I just relocated to Seattle and need to get routine service on my A4. I've read the archives, but wanted to see what the current opinions of Seattle-area dealers as far as service goes (quality of work done? actually have done the work specified? provided a loaner or a shuttle?).
In the past I've brought Mobil 1 to my dealer; does anyone provide it for no additional charge?
Thanks for any info....

They even looked at something last minute when I called before picking up my car.
You have to have bought a car from them to insure a free loaner, but if you call ahead, you might be able to reserve one. They also have free shuttle service around town when you drop your car off.
Oh, and welcome to Seattle! This is a great town, even if we don't have a Krispy Kreme yet.
