550cc's for the 415's, I noticed I have a 4 bar fpr. Will this work or does it have to be exactly 3.5. Not too sure about how all this works and couldnt find a good answer.

Default you need the 3.5

or you could go with 440cc green giants and keep the 4bar fpr. both supposedly have stock spray pattern.

Default I would think if he went 440 he would need a 3 bar not 4

since they are larger then the 415cc injectors. If he was to go with the 4bar fpr he would need 380cc injectors so that the flow rate is the same as 415cc with 3.5 bar.

415cc at 3.5 bar = 42.68 lbs/hr or 448cc.
380cc at 4 bar = 41.78 lbs/hr or 439cc

Default You need to get what they tell you.

They tuned the file for that specific injector/FPR combo. 3.5 is a weird one - you can either buy it from USRT:

or get an adjustable regulator.

Default Genesis 415cc is the same flowrate as the "GreenTop 440cc" you actually....

end up with more room to play with duty cylce wise with the Genesis 415 due to the efficieny of the spray pattern working with our intake valves. The 440cc have a pattern setup to work with VR's and you end up getting much more inefficient fueling control with them.

Default Ask Mike if he has a 4bar file? I'm running a 4bar custom file with Siemens 630cc....

I was also running a 4bar PES/GIAC file with 415cc Genesis when I was running the 2860rs.

Default Yeah I knew about the spray pattern.

But that still pretty much means that 440cc with 4bar isn't going to work which was my point

I mainly sell the 550cc and 630cc injectors more since thats what is called for on the REVO GTRS and GT30 tune.
