service oil light came on - - - cold start?
The last two times I cranked up the audi my service oil light came on. I just had the oil changed about 1000 mile ago. I just shut the car off and took my rice burner because I didn't have time to mess with it. Anyway, it has only been about 7 or 8 degrees out the last couple days and I was wondering if it was common for cold starts for the service oil light to stay on for a few minutes? I havn't had a chance to actually check the oil (it's too fricken cold to stand out there screwing with my dipstick) but don't worry --I didn't drive the car.
