if you go to traffic school? I mean, they will go up no matter what?

If you are in CA, and you are eligible to go to traffic school (have you checked to see if you are?) your ticket shall be expunged and it shall be as if it never occured and hence your rates will NOT go up b/c it will not appear on your driving record. However, you can only go to traffic school once every 18 months. So if you get another one, you are SOL. Make sure you are traffic school eligible, call the court today and/or check your courtesy notice (funny name, eh?) and make sure you have been given that option. I don't have any knowledge what the limit is on traffic school as it relates to MPH over the limit etc.

traffic school. Ive never heard of anyone being denied traffic school. But I also have never heard anything about getting denied because the ticket was too outrageous, i.e. 85 in a 50! Thanks for all you help though, you have given me a lot of confidence for Monday, ill definitely let everyone know on monday or tuesday what happens! Thanks again!
