Has anyone bought their car from the Sewickley Car Store in Sewickley, PA (outside Pittsburgh). I might be ordering a new 1.8T from them and was wondering your experience. They seem really good from the two times I've been there. Thanks for any info.<p>2001 A4 1.8TQASCBXcE Light Silver metallic on re-order for 11/00 (hopefully)

The salesman was great. I had a few problems with service though. I was experiencing a front end noise that they couldn't hear. This went back and forth with the service manager for a while. I was denied service until I had a meeting with the Audi Rep. I had to wait 6 months to see him. They replaced my shocks, but it did not remedy the problem. \
I took my car to another shop (C&G Performance) and the problem was fixed within 30min while I waited. They are all excellent mechanics there. Other than that service at Sewickley has been ok.
That's my 2 cents......<p>Ed

My salesman was Chris Armstrong. He offered me great pricing on the A6 ($1500 over invoice), no hassle, no bargaining needed. I had a tight delivery date (for a custom order car) that went through and was actually delivered early!
Look into dealing with Chris if you live in the Oakland/Shadyside area since he will pick up your car for service and drop off a loaner for you to use meanwhile. Overall, my experience there was excellent! haven't tried their service department though<p>'01 A6 2.7T

I've been out there twice earlier this spring and Chris was wonderful. I do live in the Shadyside area, but only through this fall at it's my last semester of Carnegie Mellon. He made me the same offer about service. I'm just worried about how dealers will treat me to wherever I move to for servicing since I didn't but it from them.<p>2001 A4 1.8TQASCBXcE Light Silver metallic on re-order for 11/00 (hopefully)
