shift **** wiring

Where do I wire in my dtm autohaus shift **** so that it only lights up when the car lights are on? I was thinking of splicing into the stereo but I wasn't sure what color wire the illumination was. Thanks.

if you wanted to... pull the radio head and splice the center vent dials

that way you can control the light output... had this done with my boost gauge.

Connect to the illuminated ring around the lighter. The Lighted **** color matches the dash lighting
