Short on a bit of g-12 coolant, need to top off. Is there a safe alternative i can buy to top off

Default Add the water to be safe and when you obtain the proper coolant you can
siphon off the mixture from the expansion tank and attempt to get back to a 50/50 mix.

my bad-either way g-05 isn't green, it's clear, and it mixes just fine.

G11 is blue, but it's equivalent to the standard green stuff.

Any Dexcool compatible is the same as G-12.

Yes. Get a Hygrometer, costs about a buck. Mix it to float 4/5 ***** or -25f.
