short shifter install problem

i got everything done and all i had to do was remove the 6mm bolt to disconnect the shifter and when i got there it was striped does anyone have any idea how i can get it out so i can change the shifter

top or bottom 6mm bolt?

the bottom one to disconnect the shifter linkage thing

since it's so far down there, only way i can think of would be a reverse tap set.
