should i get an aligment before putting on new wheels or after

my rear alignment is not doing too great
and my steering wheel is not exactly straight - i think it bears a little right going straight - it kinda of annoys me - how do i go about it getting straighten out

would be to put on the wheels you are planning on running most with, so that you have a set ride height, and make sure the alignment shop uses the nylon adapters on the heads. If they are using the(default)steel/alum. ones, there probably will be at least a little scratch. Nylon heads shouldn't cause any damage whatsoever. These places deal with factory chrome and/or mag wheels don't they? Yours shouldn't be too much different.
