Or put on my summer wheels first..???

Alignment first

You don't your wheels to get messed up during the alignment. Sameer posted about that last night.

whats the size difference between the two?

I would put the summer wheels on and then get an alignment.

maracuja is right if you dont want your nice wheels to get scratch leave the 16's...

but some places uses a rubber clamp to grab the wheels (old school uses pointed metal that can scratch the lip of the wheels) when i had my alignment done the tech told me to put the wheels that i would use the most so he can accurately adjust the camber/toe per the wheel im using. good luck
