SHould i put my lowering springs on stock a4 shocks or buy s4 shocks for my car

neither......at minimum you should get stock sport A4 shocks....
which are designed for lower and stiffer springs than the S4 shocks, believe it or not.
But you're even better off getting good shocks like Bilstein sports or Konis.
