should s4 wheel liner be on both sides? or driver side only?

driver side only, unless you somehow stuck an intercooler on the other side too

Default or u mod the lower grill by cutting a few strips of plastic...letting air to come in and escape
through the s4 liner

Driver side. Though some claim pass. side helps cool the intake.

i use one to keep air flowing past the cone intake....

Hey, do you notice an actual difference from that? (Aside from the intercooler getting more air)

i have it on passenger side to cool area around turbo...
