Size of o-ring between heater core pipe and plastic flange? (1.8T)
This connection, on the back of the engine, is leaking on my car. The o-ring (sitting inside the pipe leading to the heater core which is kept on this flange with a clip) is not available separately - but I was suggested that it can be ordered from a manufacturer. I'd like to avoid taking it apart twice - could someone tell me the size of this 0-ring?

Looks like ECS Tuning sells 'em for 99 cents (see Sealing O-ring ES#2469)

You either have to buy a new heater core hose (this actually just happened to one of our techs)
or you can take the old seal to a FLAPS and get one from an o-ring assortment or the like.
If you would like a price on a new hose, let me know. I'll need your year and engine code, or just the VIN number.
