Have you tried any of the MB forums? They've always been helpful to me as I have 2 MB's.
S600 and SL600 and I can always depends on them to find me good deals on parts.
Also, try the Star Magazine and depending on whether or not you're willing to settle for used, try Hemmings.

Year?...try Silver Star Recycling in Cali.(MB junk yard) (800) 783-4911...
They have many late model Mercedes that they part out.
Also, check out performance products, they usually have OEM body parts for most year MB's
