Default Read Consumer Reports - Slick 50 is a useless waste of money...

I personally will not put any additives in my oil. I paid $27K for this car. Why risk putting something into my oil that's akin to putting strange vitamins into my own body. I won't do that either.

Default Prolong = chlorine molecules that will TRASH up your car!

I have the patent number at home and if I remember, I'll post them. But I called Prolong for the patent number and read it, Chlorine molecules in a buffered solution. The problem is if the buffer wears out, the chlorine will pit the inside of your engine.
All the other crap like Motor Up, Slick 50 and crap like that are about the same. Don't trust them.

Engine Snake Oils
