Default Slight Bulge in Tire Sidewall

I have a slight bulge (pretty small about the size of a nickel) on one of my tires. I found it towards the middle of last summer, so I left it and drove on it with no problems. I just put my summer rims back on, and I am trying to decide whether i should replace that one tire, or wait one more year and then get all 4 tires done? The bulge has not increased in size since I initially found it. What kind of danger does it pose? Should i change it now or wait the extra year? I still have a decent amount of tread left on the tires... 65-70%

Default If I do change the tire, can I just replace the 1 tire?

Or do i have to get all 4 done to match up the treadwear? Like I said before there is still a decent amount of tread left on the rest of the tires... 65-70%

Default That's why you should have a fullsize spare...

When you rotate your tires, you also use the spare each other time. That way you have always a spare that is worn about as much as all other tires.

All tires should be worn about the same, especially on a quattro. You should consult a tire professional.

If the circumference of the tires doesn't vary by more than 3% it will be fine
