Slight Shake (with a low rumbling sound) on slow turns

Is this normal with All wheel Drive Quattro? I have a 97 1.8.

if you've got the wheel cranked all the way.... kinda yeah... buth otherwise that could be a bearing

Re: turn from dead stop only

I only notice the shake from a dead stop - I didn't quite notice if my wheels are cranked all the way.

I reported the same thing and was told it was a normal quattro characteristic
