slight squeaking/(metal dragging on cement noise) while driving, goes away when i press on brakes..

metal being dragged on cement is a crappy description of the noise but eh..? Not sure how else to describe it, but its obnoxious. I've looked around my wheels/brakes and don't see anything dragging..

As i said, i can hear the noise*/squeaking while driving in pretty much every gear(hard to hear in 4th/5th due to road noise) and the noise goes away while my brakes are on..

quick fix or eh?
