I got Brembo factory replacement rotors with EBC green stuff brke pads on factory calipers. The problem I'm having is when I apply the brake semi-hard my steering wheel and car shakes.
Is that normal for slotted & cross drilled rotors?

slotted and/or x-drill rotors do make a slight buzzing sound when you brake. There shouldn't be any vibration felt through the steering wheel however.
Double check that all your caliper, and carrier bolts are all tightened properly.
