Slow Leak power steering, can this clamp be replaced without replacing entire hose?

fluid and keep topping it off. You don't want it to go low and ruin/dry out the pump and rack.

look in the yellow pages under "hose couplings & fittings" and "hydraulic equipment repair"
MUCH less expensive than new.

hydraulic hoses on heavy equipment, power steering hoses, high pressure fuel line, auto AC lines, hoses to auto oil cooler, and others.
The shops that specialize in this do a very good job overall. If the local Evco or equivalent can't do the job then shop it around a bit. There's usually someone willing to tackle the odd twists Audi sometimes throws into the mix.

funny our cars have the same problems right around the same time. i can't see very well in your pics, but my leak is where the hose connects to the cooler. i sort of temporarily fixed it with new clamps.
it seems fine for now, but if it continues i am going with a new power steering cooler just like IAmAwesome and a few others have done. it doesn't look very hard and will probably be worth it in the future. IIRC the kit is around $30 and includes new hoses.

And it's expensive, as everyone has hinted. That's the high pressure hose from the pump to the rack. Mine shown here, with the outer casing sliced open -- I still couldn't pinpoint the leak though.

It's a real biatch to R&R, especially if you don't have small hands. The connection at the rack is tight!!
I kept feeding mine P/S fluid until I realized that soon enough, I'd be spending more on fluid than the hose itself. Good luck
