Default small fan on the radiator a4 98 1.8t Q
so the small fan on the radiotor does not turn it all =/ i just read if u have the ac on it should turn... but it dosent.. my ac is nice and warm lol so...=/have any idea whats the problem and how can i test it . before i start buying parts.. cuz i just spent $ on a new icm (im in between jobs.. :P )

Get (or borrow) a VAG-COM, pull the codes, and run output tests.

already did . nothing shows up about that. im code free except for the icm problem i had.. but now thats fixed

Default You checked the codes in the HVAC controller?
Run output tests then on the HVAC then. Otherwise its most likely the fan relay.

Default 00771 - Fuel Level Sensor (G) ? , is the only code i got
=/ nothing bout the hvac =[

what is that error code O.o ... i guess i need to fix that too ?

Because you're not opening the HVAC controller. That's what I was trying to get at...
