Smaller under drive pulleys for added HP on Audis?

Helped a friend last night put a smaller under drive pulley on his 2000 Mustang. The logic being that now the engine has a better mechanical advantage turning all the accessories (alt, A/C, P/S, water pump, etc) but at the expense of turning them a bit slower than normal when at idle. It supposedly gives him 15 to 20 HP!
Anybody hear of such a thing for our Audis?
