So after some VAGing I found out that my MAF is shot.

We checked the 002's and my car at idle was producing .47g/s. When I floored it, the numbers remained the same. JChen (also has a stage 3) then plugged the VAG into his car and it registered around 2.5g/s at idle and hit around 30-35 at WOT...i forgot the exact number.

I've seen a lot of MAF's get oil on them from people liberally re-oiling their panel filters. This doesn't ruin the MAF, infact, there isn't a lot in a MAF that would fail by itself.
If this is the case, you might want to use a bit of brake/carb cleaner on the sensor wires (careful, they're delicate) to clean any oils and crud off.
It's worth a shot. a 1 dollar can of brake cleaner is much nicer than a 300 dollar MAF sensor.
