So here are the pictures.....how could this have happened
The turbo is f'd too i found some pieces of metal in the turbo and the intake manifold. The wall of the cylinder doesn't look bad though so i might be able to just rebuild the block with new internals and get a new head...

Threadjack..can you give some impressions of the S4 rear brakes
I would like to know how it affected the balance of the car on the street and track if possible.
