from what i have seen so far it looks more like the metal ended up there from piston

Default I must have had the stereo up really loud, cause i don't remember hearing a thing and the car turned

over fine for about 20 tries after this all happened.

Not the fact that it was 3 prong but is it the right temp for your setup? What kind of spark is it?

you were just bouncing the valve head around like a marble in a jar kinda deal :-P
