Default So I got my ebay Porsche Boxster brakes in today! They cleaned up real nice despite all speculation

And I can tell they were repainted, but they still have a nice luster to them. Not sure what the old owner used, but it's def not your usual high temp paint. I also added some Porsche decals to the plain caliper

Now its time to order some A8 rotors!
Also I really know nothing about brake pad wear, but there is a hair less than 1/2 an inch of brake pad left on the Hawks (supposedly 8K miles). Will I need replacing soon?

Default thanks man....u think I should be ok w/ the pads? They look like there's some meat left on them....

Default Why do you want the Porsche logo on your Audi?

even if the brakes are Porsche brakes.
