So i replaced the battery to fix my starting problem, now the car idles very rough. When i let off
the gas and let it fall to idle, it will drop to as low as 400-600 RPM's and bounce between there and 900-1000 for a short time, then settle at 900-1000. Is this normal? It's also got a CEL that i need to check, but will the idle thing correct itself or is it something i need to look further into? Thanks for the help as always.

Disconnect the battery for about 10 mins to reset the ECU...
then reconnect and turn the key on (don't start) you should hear all sorts of weird noises. This is the throttle body calibrating itself. It should last for a minute or so. Then after a day of driving it should be back to normal.
