What is your turbo setup like? you will need stock injectors, maf, etc.

Default gt28rs, 630cc, ford 90mm maf, and such - i don't need it to run - i just need it to start and idle

because my car is not even starting right now

Default put stock maf, injectors, and ECU in it and you should be fine. dont boost or...

you will blow it up. be sure not to tear the o-rings on the injectors. I assume you are controlling boost with the n75? Is this an eliminator?

Default Yep, that will work too. Its still a very bad idea to drive on stock software with a bigger turbo.

I would recommend a MBC over the N75. Set the MBC to 7ish but dont f up :-) Keep the N75 plugged in to not pop a CEL.

Default If your ECU is bad, then you shouldn't be able to connect to it with VAG-Com.. or..

if key is in on position, no check engine light. Just try putting the K03 ECU in the car, put key to on position (don't start car) and see if CEL is eliminated. If it is with the K03 ECU, and not with your BT ECU, then something on the ECU isn't correct.
