Default So if there was oil on the bottom of your tranny...

near where it bolts up to the engine, and the source of the oil seemed to be that location.. would you guess rear main seal?

Default could be leaky clutch slave?

When they leak out of the front seal it is a similar result as an imput shaft eal going bad. If your clutch pedal is on the stiff side , then its a good posssibility.

Default or a sloppy oil change...from the oil filter.

clean it out with brake cleaner, check it again and see where it comes back.

Default No oil trace coming down from the filter.. and I change the oil...

And made a filter + filter oil catch out of a 1 gallon container that fits on nicely so I get 0 dribble.

I did clean off all the oil last time I changed and behold it's back :-(
