I didnt like the idea of using a reman, so I ordered a new one for $2 more. 078-198-479 is the V6 timing belt repair kit part number. Audi no longer sells them, but hey that doesnt mean everybody else sells a box with all of the same exact parts in it for less than audi sells you the individual parts for.

Default the part number isnt stocked by audi... but it has a multi supersession

which breaks into all of the parts that are in the kit. Sadly even my cost on the kit from one of my wholesale places was not close to what the belt kit once was from audi. I say once because that could have been years ago and because they dont sell it anymore the price no longer changes.

Its their way of encouraging you to buy each part for a higher price. Generally repair kits are a bargain and they cost less than the parts inside of them would individually priced out.
