and it seems to have gotten alot better since day one.
First gear has an amazing kick @ 3k and the turbo sounds scary as fvck (my friend was driving it and asked if I wanted to hear it, so I rolled down the window of the truck and heard him drop it into third . . . GAH!)
is that odd? that my OFE clutch is slipping with just a chip?

unless of course yours is worn enough to slip handling the extra power APR provides.
The chip doesn't do anything to your transmission.
It might "age" a little faster, but as far as a newbie like me knows that's all.

I could see the ESP light going crazy and it would loose power. either that or the ESP was taking preimptive action....
Either way, i have decided i hate audi's ESP...

Put stock chip back - no problem. After a few more thousand with the stock chip, it started slipping again and soon became undriveable. Replacement Sachs clutch is fine with the GIAC.
