Default ha! i thought so too. i could barely contain myself while typing it!

didnt think you would seeing as you're the idiot that asked the question and bragged about his materialistic posessions. but then again, you went to an ivy league school. good for you. gee, my state school just seems so small and inferior compared to you now.

Default all i'm saying is you should use better gas.

with your first question, okay, i might have gotten a little upset over nothing, but if you were some 18 year old who bought an audi, just to have an audi, but then cant afford gas, thats just pathetic. but that wasnt the case, instead, you have to brag about your ivy league school and your cars? what does that have to do with anything? it doesn't, so why bring it up? why dont you start a new thread talking about the 3 doctorates that you have? and how your family lives in the hamptons? you wont because that has no relavence here!

Default Lower octane will make the ECU retard timing to protect against detonation...

resulting in less power. So run the highest octane you can find to assure your engine is making its full rated power in the safest manner.

But the larger question is if you *really* have a Ferrari and M series BMW, how can you know so little about cars to come asking such a simple question? I assume your "ivy league" education precluded learning the basics of automobile operation?

Cheers,
Sameer
