Default the bearing should just push out

if it doesn't, get slightly smaller diameter and use a hammer to punch it out.

find a shop to resurface it, if they won't, go over the surface with sandpaper and remove the scorching.

Default you should have the FW resurfaced. those are hot spots and become high spots

which reduce the clamping force of your new clutch. worst case, i've heard some people even sand it down

Cementite buildup on the flywheel? Most people just say carbide.

Default Re: the bearing should just push out

note if punching it out with a hammer
use a small piece of aluminum. to use
as a contact point.. the alum. wont
affect steel the alum will protect u
from ruinung your bearing.. and as for sanding it off .. good luck that will take you light years. you may wanna try with a heavy hand stone 1st.. but id just get it resurfaced which may be hard cause the tools they use to resurface it are made out or carbide and if they wanna try
to resurface it they heve to use a a stronger tool. so find a shop that has diamond coated tools. otherwise they will leave you with alot of surface chatter or removing too much material...

Default you always have to resurface or replace.

its only $30 to re-surface it.
