Some one have a coolant flush write up?
#2
go to the tech section and follow the timing belt replace write up...
by Andy_TN. It tells you how to get your bumper off so you can get to the drain plug. It even has some pictures. Mix g-12 with water. Replace drain plug. Fill. Start car and leave coolant resivior cap off. Poor more coolant in as needed. I left my coolant cap off for maybe 15 minutes so that it would get all the air pockets out.

There's nothing to it
You'll need 3 x 1.5L of G12+ (or G12) concentrate coolant, some pliers and a garden hose.
- First you'll need to flush or clean out the cooling system and get rid of that old coolant.
- To do this, tap into one of the heater hoses near the firewall (near the battery).
- Remove one of the heater hoses and put your garden hose into it. Now open the resevoir bottle and run the garden tap.
- To flush the coolant reservoir just cover the hole that has the old coolant coming out of it with your hand. Let it run for a while.
- Then switch on the engine while this flushing is taking place and switch on the heater to the high position. Let it run for a minute or two.
Remove the garden hose. Reattach the heater hose and then refill with a 50/50 mix of G12+ coolant and water.
Then have a cold beer.
