Sounds about right? or major BS?
Seems to cost a little more than when I had my Civic.

what services have you previously done (specific items and mileage intervals, NOT "30K service").
These "30K service packages" and the like that dealers offer are ways to siphon money out of your pocket with the least amount of fuss on your part. They usually will take care of everything recommended in your owners manual, in addition to some things that might not be recommended just yet.
If you're inclined to keep tabs on what needs to be done (owners manual maintenance insert itemizes those items), and you're willing to roll up your sleeves to do basic things like check fluid levels and rotate your tires, you'll save a lot of money. So, if that's the case, give us some more particulars, and we can probably zero you in on a few a la carte items that you might want your dealer to address, while keeping the total tab at or below $200.

And they wanted $130! I was wondering if they turn the car upside down and drain the oil out of the top. I wonder also if they are aware that Jiffy lube does it for 25-30? I ended up doing it myself. I would never take my car to jiffy lube.

I bring my own MANN Filter (OEM) along with a crush washer and they supply 5 quarts of mobil 1 10W-30 Synthetic, 4 quarts go in the engine one stays sealed and I bring it home for top off's btwn that time and the next change. Total is $52 w/ tax. They also top off all fluids, put the tires are the pressure I ask for, and grease whatever can be greased on an A4, which I think is just about nothing.
Dealership charged $84 for an oil change and left out 7 of the mounting screws for the belly pan.
Find a different shop!

My car is a 97 A4 2.8 with 83k miles. NO maint. records, the seller ended up being very shady.
But the car was sold by Carmax at one time so I am assuming it was checked out, and everything works just fine.
I need a bit more than the oil change, I am sure the brake fluid needs to be flushed, coolant looks kinda old, cabin/air/fuel/engine filters prob. all needs to be changed. While I can prob do this myself, I live in a apartment and there is no place for me to do it, and I don't have the tools. Once I start living with my gf and have her car as backup, I will certainly be more inclined to do the work myself.
But it just pisses me off that I walk into this supposely high-end euro car shop, and they ask me what do I wanna do when I told them that the ln 1 light is on. WTF do they mean??? they are suppose to know what to do. And after some explaining, they quote me close to 600, that just does not make sense!
The next closest shop is some 20 miles away, but I heard it was good, and it should be worth it.
