Some turbo/fabrication stuffs

Dude, that looks great, I bet if you loosen the clamps and tweak some hangers, it'll fit just fine. you should do that ANYWAY, to remove any tension on the turbo. I bet that's why you're breaking studs to some extent, if your DP is too rigidly mounted to the car.. loosen everything up, then bolt on the turbo, clamp the DP, then tighten things back up.

JHM shifter, linkages, F&R H-Sports, F&R Blingsteins, 034 trans mounts, DTS mount, Snubby, some maint. items and a full set of Blingsteins for the wifey's Mini CS if he can get them.
EEEEK!!
My turbo's are fine - and I have an extra set of less then 20K miles turbos if they go. No big turbo for me. I don't need the headache. A chip will be JUST fine. I love the car as it is already. :-P

Nicely done! No flex pipe on your setup? I know in general lots of folks using the V-clamps don't have flex pipes, but I don't know how they will last over time. Might crack at the weakest points or stress out the turbo/manifold attachment points.

Thanks! I do have a flex joint on the Milltek DP, just a really tight fit. I should be able to free up some room loosening up the hanger bolt, bending it forward a bit then tightening up once the turbo is in.
