205/55 R16 --> 225/50 R16 ??? Anyone know the rim width of the 16" rim?

Sweet - then it is the 225/50 R16" that will fit, and make no speedo diff. About 1/2" more width.

Haha!!! Is that the Pilot Sport? Notice a big difference in handling from the stock rubber size?

Nope - the Michelin tire chart for that tire list a rim range of 6-8".
