Default Actually, it will make a speedo difference.

The wider tire in the same aspect ratio will have a larger overall diameter and circumference, and therefore your speedo will read slow. I'd have to run the numbers, but my guess is that your speedo would read about 2% slower than actual speed. At 75 mph, that only computes to 1.5 mph. Just depends on how **** you choose to be about accuracy.

Re-read - the aspect ratios are different. (55 --> 50)

Use 225/50/16, but beware of rubbing is your car is dropped!

Default You shouldn't have any problems, then.

If you ever lower your car, just watch out for rubbing on the inside (you can use spacers to fix it). If you stay stock, no worries.

Default kumho, and not big major unbelievable difference...

if anything they just look a whole lot better. you can feel the width a bit, not like changing wheel size...but i would get this size again next time, if that answers the question.

Default Do you have any more pictures?

One concern is making sure the tire's sidewall doesn't belly out, you know? It's only like 3/8" wider per each side of the wheel, but I'd like to see a good shot of it, maybe top down, or more from the end of a car?

TIA - really appreciate it!
