Inside, good condition whatever... Rearview implies inside... same with the dimming remark.

Default No it doesn't. Outside mirrors can be anti-dazzle too
So what are the outside mirrors called then if not used for viewing the rear?

Default If you're going to pull one.....
I need an interior rearview mirror WITH dimming function for a 2001...

Unless it's possible to retrofit? I just need one that I will dim, automatically or manually.

on a 1999 Jetta project are forcing me back into the heat. damn!
