Default Something is really wrong with my Steering.....It feels very unsafe....(long)

I don't know what is wrong with my steering but my car feels extremely unresponsive. The only way to describe the feeling is that I feel like I'm driving a boat or I feel like I'm driving on ice. There is a delay from the time I turn the wheel to the time the car actually moves in that direction when on the freeway. It is very noticeable at faster speeds but it is still noticeable at 30 mph. I only felt this recently within the past two months. It ususally feels really bad after it snows but I know it's not the road becausse the roads are comepletly dry. I have 225/55/16 sp5000 with the stock 16 inch sport rims. I'm thinking this might be because I my tires are too wide for my rim but it didn't feel like this until the past two months and I've had the tires for 4 months. Another thing it could be is my lower strut bar. My sturt bar was bent driving over a brick but the dealer bent it back straight. I'm not sure what the problem is but I am very nervous when I am driving on the highway. I feel as though I am an accident waiting to happen. Does anyone know what it could be? I have a 99.5 A4 1.8t QMS with 46k miles, H&R Race, Bilstein, chipped APR, with Exhaust. I want to figure this out before my 50k service is up. Thanks in advance

It doesn't sound safe to drive. I had a Nissan once that had something similar. It was a bad rack.

Default I have this, my tie rod ends are kaput. Getting replaced next friday.

This can cause your tires to cup and become very load.

Default I posted about this last night. You basically described my problem better than I could.

I've taken it in twice so far, dealer says "nothing wrong". Not like I'm gonna stop bugging them or anything though : )

Audi has just issued a recall for tie-rod end seals...have dealer check it out.
