Audi baby yea!

I think my turbo is going (again). I replaced my turbo at 85k miles because it blew on me. So I had the turbo replaced (now i have 100k) and now my engine is making an od noise when i accelerate. It is not too loud, but when i drive in between objects (so that i can hear the echo of my car) my car sounds like a tractor during exceleration. When I rev the engine in idle, it sounds fine. But when i'm driving and excelerate...it sounds terrible... I hope it's not my turbo going on me again. Anyone have any ideas?
