I bet thats my problem, would you hear a pop or a light clunk when you go on the brakes lightly?

Default Hope you didn't take offense to the 4x4 comment. Mine looks like a rancho lift w/16's, prolly worse

yes that was the sound i had...chances are it's the same problem.

Our 01 had the same brake pad separation. Warrenty replaced L&amp;R pads &amp; rotors.
