Son of an onion. Best place to buy a starter and alternator?
#15
Haha, ready for the list of replaced stuff?
Motor mounts
timing belt
thermostat
water pump
other belts
cam chain tensioner
oil pump
turbo
turbo inlet
injectors
ecu
axle
clutch
pilot bearing
gaskets
snub mount
Probably more I'm not thinking of.

There are many.
Here's a quick shot:
Bought car in may
Drove 30 miles, car died.
Brought car to friend's shop. Turns out cam chain tensioner guides broke and went through the engine. Plus, engine was majorly sludged.
Shop took out engine. Mica bought new engine. Engine was from automatic. Long story short here, I'm stuck with that automatic engine, too, and it wont' work in my car.
Joey T to the rescue. Takes the A4, desludges it. Puts it back together for me.
Mica gets joey webcam and hosts it.
Mica buys Joey pizza
Mica hosts movies for Joey
Joey T notices alternator and starter are missing.
It's cold out now.
Mica needs alternator and starter since they're missing.
