Default Southbend ofe clutch died so mad

my southbend clutch has died after 8000 miles. I am so frustrated at first it was slipping and now the material has disintegrated and i believe that it is all due to crappy pressure plates. The quarto needs the ss pressure plate. I am hoping southbend warranty's the labor and parts or this is going to be very expensive.

Haven't ever heard of a clutch company covering labor, but good luck.

Default Yup. quattro needs the SS plate. Mine slips too, not very happy.

They should NOT sell the regular plate for a quattro car.

I'm over it, next time I'll know better.

because SB doesn't require the SS plate for quattro cars. I got probably 5 good launches.

i would have gotten the ss plate but they did not recommend it. I was also not very hard on it at all. No 4 wheel burnouts or hard launches.
