Speaker sizes?

Re: just put a whole new system in mine.....
At this point I'm leaning towards an Alpine SPR-13S for the front doors (5.25" woofer / 1.0" tweeter / crossover) and an Alpine SPS-17C2 for the rear deck (6.5" 2-way) - any experience / thoughts on this gear?
Noting that Birdman86's install was easy with Kicker gear, I was looking at Circuit City and there are two 5.25" component systems - the KS Series and the RS series - which model did you use?
Silver Streakin' - your system is nice - real nice - but probably more work than I'm willing to put in to the mod. Thanks though - I do appreciate your insight.

I put in the KS....
i can guarantee you that the RS wont fit in your door because the magnet on them is GINORMOUS. my rear factory speakers had an amp built into the left rear speaker so we had to run new wire back to them from my new pioneer head unit. You could do it all yourself but i would prolly take it to a professional. yes i do work at circuit city so its gonna sound like im trying to sell you something but i promise im not. we warranty our work for cars work for life, and it wasn't like tossing in OEM replacements. we did have to do some modding, but it wasnt insanely difficult either. up to you in the end.... email me if you have any other questions about it.
