-MB Quart = Crisp, Razor Sharp, Super-Accurate, german engineered.
-Focal = French company gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling. Very natural sound.
-Diamond = American Mix between MB Quart and Focal, and cheaper too.

And for a cheap place to buy them... try
<a href="http://www.buyloud.com">BuyLoud.Com</a>,
<a href="http://www.tms-electronics.com">TMS Electronics</a>, and
<a href="http://www.autotoys.com/home.htm">Auto Toys</a>.
And for some really sweet car stereo, check out <a href="http://www.riohome.com/products/riocar.htm">this</a>
in red to match the dash.

the Quarts are a pretty bad choice for the A4. That being said - I have a set, left over from my old car, and they're in my A4 in the stok locations.
Here's the problem - Quart Tweets are notoriously bright. Coupled with the horrid tweet location on the A4, it can make for some pretty harsh highs. Now if I just had the cash to make a custom kick panel housing my Quart component set and a nice midbass........

Three different settings of tweeter brightness. I have mine on the middle setting, and they sound amazing.
Horrid tweeter positions? I know not of what you speak. Sounds incredible in my car.

Ask any car audio aficionado about our stock tweeter location - it's brutal. WAYYYYY too close to the listener, and too much path length differential between the tweet the woofer. And the fact that the A4 is such a small car only exacerbates the problem.
Maybe you're just satisfied with less? ;-)
